CFTS-Consulting acted as a local coordination center for the Dutch consulting company Royal HaskoningDHV, selected by the World Bank to develop pre-feasibility of concession of the Kherson port and development of logistics of the lower Dnieper.
Project goal is to carry out a preliminary viability assessment of implementing a potential private sector participation scheme in the form of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), concession or another modality contemplated under the local Ukrainian law aiming at upgrading, operating and maintaining Kherson Sea Commercial Port.
